OPPO Mobiles at an event held in Milan, Italy, announced two new smartphones under its newly ushered "RX" category of product, the RX17 Pro and RX17 Neo. The device are the relatives of the company's recent R17 smartphones and in this regard shared nearly identical specifications.
The RX17 Pro have all the bells-and-whistles that made the R17 Pro great; the AMOLED screen, the in-display fingerprint sensor and the Super VOOC Flash Charge just to mention few. It also shared the same processor which is Snapdragon 710 and the 3700mAh battery.
The camera configuration does not differs either; the RX17 Pro sports 12MP+20MP dual rear-facing camera, and a 3D sensing TOF camera, while it bears a 25MP selfie camera at the front that supports 3D Portrait. It comes in 6GB/128GB and 8GB/128GB models.
The RX17 Neo on the other hand is a tuned-down variant of the RX17 with a Snapdragon 660 chipset, 4GB RAM, 128GB storage, 16MP+2MP dual rear camera, and a slightly smaller 3600mAh battery. It shared all other specs with the RX17 Pro.

The price starts at €599 ($686 USD) for the basic model of the RX17 Pro with 6GB RAM, while the RX17 Neo is priced at €349 ($400 USD). The phones will be available in select European countries including France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, and Spain from November 16th.
